Agnes Carper: Fremont resident Carper died July 5. She was 97. She was an active community volunteer who enjoyed traveling. Family was her top priority. 

Mabel Irene Grimes: Grimes, of Fremont, died June 17. She was 99. She spent her career in government service in Chicago.

Pamela Lewis: Lewis, of Fremont, died July 8. She was 88.

Thomas Lopez: Fremont resident Lopez died July 12. Hew as 93. He was married to his wife for 52 years and enjoyed gardening and the Oakland A's.

Charles Roland: Roland, of Fremont, died July 13. He was 84.

Ruth Yu: Yu, of Fremont, died July 3. She was 82. She was married to her husband, Frank, for 58 years.
