Update: Missing San Leandro Woman Found in Fremont
Previously reported missing person Loreen Medeiros has been located in Fremont.
A woman missing out of San Leandro was found safe Thursday in Fremont, according to San Leandro Patch.
Loreen Medeiros, 49, was last seen Sunday in San Leandro.
News spread Wednesday that Medeiros, who may have been without her prescribed medication, was known to frequent the Fremont area.
According to the San Leandro Police Department, a citizen recognized Medeiros from news reports and alerted the Fremont Police Department.
