According to Fremont Argus, Roy said he entered the wrong car and laid down. When the victim returned, he sat up and the victim “freaked out.”

However, the victim alleges that Roy snuck into the backseat of her unlocked car while she was inside the Lucky’s store in the Brookvale Shopping Center at around 7 a.m. Monday.

As she was driving away, Roy emerged from the backseat and held a knife to her arm. He gave her turn-by-turn directions, leading her to an area near Isherwood Way and Chaplin Drive.

According to the Argus, Roy asked the victim if she was a virgin and told her to remove her clothes when she parked.

The girl managed to remove her seatbelt and flee toward a home on Dominici Drive where a resident phoned police.

Roy, who has two prior DUIs, was identified as a suspect after his fingerprints were found on the rear passenger door of the victim’s car, according to the Argus.

Cell phone tower data also shows that Roy’s cell phone was in the Lucky’s parking lot from 6:25 a.m. to 6:55 a.m. Six minutes later, his phone pinged a tower near the area where the victim’s car was found, the Argus reports.

Roy was arrested that evening at the Dublin Best Buy, where he worked.

Police searched Roy’s home where they found cocaine and a Viagra pill inside hoodie that he allegedly wore during the kidnapping.

Investigators also found that Roy’s computer’s search history included searches for “rape, sleep, porn” and his cell phone contained recently downloaded porn videos simulating violent rape situations, according to the Argus
