Fremont Police say the area near Fremont Boulevard and Decoto Road continues to be closed for the fatal collision investigation.
According to a Nixle Alert, the roads are likely to remain closed through 3 p.m.

Police are investigating a fatal crash between a vehicle and motorcyclist in Fremont this morning. Officers responded to the collision on Fremont Boulevard and Decoto Road, police said.
The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police. Alcohol appears to be factor in the crash and the driver of the vehicle was arrested, police said.
The intersection will be closed to traffic for several hours and is expected to affect the morning commute, according to police. No further details were immediately available.
