Dancing for Birth Class - For Pregnant & Postpartum Moms

Dancing for Birth (tm) Classes are a gentle workout for pregnant and postpartum mamas.

  • Feel great as you learn moves inspired by belly dance, African dance, Latin dance and interpretive movement.
  • Learn to facilitate more comfortable pregnancy and birth.
  • Stretch, strengthen, tone and dance with baby postpartum. (Wear baby in a wrap or sling, or leave baby at home and enjoy time to yourself!)
  • Build community with other pregnant and postpartum mamas.
  • No dance experience necessary!
$10/class

5-class series begins Saturday 10/19 (pre-registration required)
