Update: Woman Dies in Crash On Southbound I-880
The accident involved a female driver in an SUV and a big rig.

A female SUV driver was killed in a crash on southbound Interstate Highway 880 in Fremont early this morning, a California Highway Patrol officer said.
The crash, which involved the SUV and a big-rig, was reported at 4:52 a.m. just south of Stevenson Boulevard, CHP Officer Ron Simmons said.
A Sig-alert was issued at 5:10 a.m. and all southbound lanes were closed. The lanes gradually reopened, and the alert was canceled at 6:47 a.m., according to the CHP.
The victim, who was alone in the SUV, was pronounced dead at the scene, Simmons said.
The truck driver was not injured in the crash, he said.
