FREE ZUMBA CLASS

Where/When: Dans di Ballo Dance Studio, 29300 Kohoutek Way, Ste 17 in Union City; Saturday starting at 9 a.m.

Why Go: First timers at Union City's Dans di Ballo studio will receive a free Zumba class, where you can burn up to 1,000 per class, according to organizers.

SHOW AND SELL HOLIDAY BOUTIQUE

Where/When:
 First Presbyterian Church, 35450 Newark Blvd. in Newark; Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Why Go: Skip the malls and drop by the holiday boutique to find unique handmade crafts, jewelry, accessories, home essentials and more. There will also be a raffle. Proceeds will benefit the Tri-City Mothers of Multiples

DIABLO BALLET 20TH SEASON OPENING

Where/When: Smith Center at Ohlone College, 43600 Mission Blvd. in Fremont; Sunday at 2 and 8 p.m.

Why Go: See Diablo Ballet perform routines by world-renowned choreographers.

Price: $20 for youth, $43 for adults

FARM-TO-FORK COMMUNITY DINNER

Where/When: Niles Pie Co., 32990 Alvarado-Niles Rd. #960 in Union City; Sunday at 4 p.m.

Why Go: Join LEAF (Local Ecology and Agriculture Fremont) for this "farm-to-fork" community dinner. All vegetables come from the World Community Garden. The event is a potluck, and guests are asked to bring a salad or vegetable dish.
