POP! GOES THE MASHUP
Where/When: Ohlone College, 43600 Mission Blvd. in Fremont; Thursday, Friday, Saturday at 8 p.m.
Why Go: Catch the latest Ohlone's latest musical theater show, "Pop! Goes the Mashup." Starting Thursday and running through Saturday, the concert will take you on a musical ride from the Beatles to Beyonce.
Price: $10 for youth and seniors, $12 for general admission. $2 for event parking
JOB SKILLS WORKSHOP
Where/When: Bridges to Jobs 4360 Central Ave. in Fremont; Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Why Go: The workshop will provide tips on resume writing and interviewing with panels facilitated by human resource and recruiting professionals.
Where/When: Quarry Lakes (next to bike racks at front entrance), 2100 Isherwood Way in Fremont; Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m.
Why Go: This fun one-hour class is led by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition and will provide instruction on the basic rules of the road, how to properly fit a helmet, how to do bike safety checks and more. It will be followed by a recreational bike ride. All ages are welcome but a functioning bike and helmet are required for the ride.

Why Go: The first in a six-week series, this 90-minute class teaches popular Tai Chi and Qigong routines -- forms of Chinese martial arts and exercise that are known to relieve stress and provide health benefits.
Where/When: Mind Body Zone, 3335 Seldon Ct. in Fremont; Saturday at 11 a.m.
Why Go: Pregnant and postpartum moms can get a gentle workout at this class which incorporates moves inspired from different types of dance to allow pregnant women have a more comfortable pregnancy and postpartum moms stretch and dance with baby.
