Niles Antique Faire and Flea Market This Sunday

The entire downtown Niles will be blocked off for this huge annual event with over 200 vendors.

The 48th Annual Niles Antique Faire and Flea Market returns Aug. 26 when the Niles Main Street Association transforms its downtown business district into a bargain hunter's paradise.

Year-round, the Niles District of Fremont boasts unique boutiques and antique shops, a historical railroad still in operation and a world famous silent movie museum.

All of those attractions will remain open Sunday along with booths lining the street staffed by over 200 vendors selling collectibles, arts, crafts, food and much more.

The event runs from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and will be held regardless of the weather.(Although the weather forecast for the area on Sunday is supposed to be mild with a zero percent chance of rain, which should make it a glorious day for browsing at the fair.)

The fair even has its own Facebook page you can "Like" here.  You can see photos there of fairs past.

As a special "bonus" for attendees, local Niles residents will also be hosting individual garage sales all over town.
