There are a gazillion places to watch the Super Bowl.

Home parties are favorites. Perhaps that’s your plan.

For some fans, however, the game wouldn’t be the same without visiting one of Fremont’s sports bars, be it Coach’s or Saddle Rack or whatever.

When Patch made a pre-game stop Kirby’s Sports Bar customers and staff were eagerly anticipating the crowd that is expected to jam the tiny joint.

“It’s like a big family,” said bartender Anna Milanez. “Kind of like a ‘Cheers’ feel. A bit rowdy, but in a good way.”
