There's an old saying, "They don't make 'em like they used to."
With that in mind, we thought on this week's real estate installment we'd look at the oldest home we could find for sale in Fremont.
This one is a four-bedroom, two-bathroom house at 3825 Washington Blvd. The one-story home in the Irvington area was built in 1890.
It sits on a quarter of an acre and is listed as selling for $449,900. The listing notes there are new housing units built nearby, so it's a potential buy for an investor.
You can check out other older nearby homes on Union City Patch and Newark Patch.
