City Reminds Residents: Fireworks Are Banned, Illegal in Fremont

Fremont Police and Fire officials will be out in force on fourth of July.

The sale, possession, and use of ­fireworks are banned within the city of Fremont.

This ban includes the “safe and sane” variety of ­fireworks that are legal in some other cities.

Fremont’s police and ­fire departments will be patrolling neighborhoods to ensure a safe Fourth of July.
