A masked gunman made off with $40 after sticking up a woman walking along Fremont Boulevard Monday night, according to media reports.
The woman was unharmed, the Fremont Argus reports.
The incident was reported at 6:40 p.m. near the intersection of Fremont Boulevard and Sundale Drive.
According to the Argus, a 27-year-old woman was walking home when the suspect, who covered his face with a black bandana, pointed a black handgun at her.
The suspect took her money and fled on foot.
Police searched for the suspect but could not locate him, the Argus reports.
