3 Arrested in Baseball Bat Beating

The victim suffered a broken arm during the assault.

Two adults and a juvenile were arrested in connection to a violent assault with a baseball bat early Sunday evening. 

According to the Fremont Police Department, officers were sent to the intersection of Ardenwood Boulevard and Highway 84 at 5:15 p.m. where they found a victim suffering from a broken arm in what may have been a road rage incident.

Police said the victim was punched and struck with a bat.

The suspects fled before officers arrived but the victim was able to give a partial license plate number of the suspect vehicle.

Officers tracked down the license plate to a residence on the 34000 block of Frederick Lane where the suspects were located, identified and arrested on suspicion of assault charges.
