HERS Breast Cancer Foundation Named Beneficiary for 2013 Bras for the Cause

HBCF announces their participation in two Mother's Day weekend events: Tri-Valley SOCKs Bras for the Cause Walk and Latinas Contra Cancer Walk.

At HERS Breast Cancer Foundation (HBCF), we are proud to announce our participation with a wonderful organization called Tri-Valley SOCKs for their annual event: 2013 Bras for the Cause Walk. This 10k event will take place under the stars during Mother’s Day weekend. It starts at 7:00 p.m. PT on Saturday, May 11, 2013.

The Bras for the Cause Walk is a high-energy event that attracts hundreds of walkers, volunteers, and spectators. The walk takes place in beautiful Downtown Pleasanton, and participants are encouraged to partake in the event festivities, such as the bra decorating contest.

This is a great event and we are honored to be an event beneficiary. We are thrilled that our mission, to serve women who are healing from breast cancer by providing post-surgical products and services regardless of financial status, is being recognized by other breast cancer organizations around the Bay Area.
