Fremont Bank Honored as a Top Bay Area Workplace for Fourth Straight Year

Fremont Bank, a leading full-service community bank in California has been named a Top Bay Area Workplace and ranks as the region’s only community bank honored for employee satisfaction for the fourth straight year.
 
The Bay Area Top Workplaces award is based on an independent survey conducted by Workplace Dynamics. Employees were asked to rate their satisfaction with several aspects of working at Fremont Bank, including pay and benefits, company direction, management team, career mobility, and workplace conditions. Company rankings were based on a composite score calculated on the basis of employee responses. This year, there were 460 Fremont Bank employees that responded to the survey, which represents over 65% of the bank’s workforce.

Awards were given in three company categories - large, midsize and small. Fremont Bank ranks #6 in the large company category and is the only full-service, community bank recognized in any category over the last four years.
