Maybe the Fremont Hub already has everything consumers could desire, so why fuss over the empty storefront where Borders Books used to be.
But perhaps you have an idea for a store that could flourish there and would add something to the local shopping experience.
By the way book readers, just a few doors down from the old Borders, Half Price Books still buys used and sells, so there's a place to recycle your print editions.
