8-Week Introduction to Yoga Registration
Designed for people new to yoga, this 8-class series covers the fundamentals of a yoga practice. Learn how to stretch safely. Build strength, flexibility, and balance gradually by bringing attention to your breath, your body, and your mind. The basic poses, common to all schools of yoga, are covered as well as the most common series of linked poses.
Classes are held on Monday evenings from 7:15 to 8:30 pm at the Sunol Glen School auditorium beginning on September 9th and continue through November 4th (no class on October 14th). This class is part of the Sunol Community Education Program and is intended for adults.
